Miguel Sandoval, MHA

Miguel Sandoval has over 25 years of healthcare experience. He has worked in the hospital, physician group and health plan setting focusing on managed care, business development, physician relations and finance.
Mr. Sandoval was the co-founder of Paradigm Medical Management, a successful wound care and hyperbaric oxygen management company. In 2009 he was instrumental in the development of the Amputation Prevention Centers of America® which focused around hospital-based outpatient programs specifically addressing diabetic foot ulcers.
Paradigm Medical Management and the Amputation Prevention Centers of America® were acquired by RestorixHealth (a national wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy management company) in 2014, where he stayed on for 4 years as Senior Vice President of Managed Care. He is currently serving as the President of National Surgical Ventures, an Ambulatory Surgery Center and Office Based Lab management company and the President and CEO of APEx Health Network, focusing on the development of international limb salvage programs; both companies which he co-founded.
He attended UC Santa Cruz where he earned a BA in economics and attended the University of Southern California under the masters program for Health Administration.
