Diane Boone, RN
SVP Case Management
Diane Boone is a registered nurse with more than 35 years of experience in nursing and healthcare management. Diane’s nursing career has included acute care, public health, case management and outpatient wound care.
In 2003 Diane co-founded and became CEO of Paradigm Medical Management (PMM), a successful national wound care and hyperbaric management company. During her time with PMM, Diane worked with Miguel Sandoval, co-founder and President, on the development of the Amputation Prevention Centers of America® – subspecialty limb salvage programs located in acute care hospitals. Paradigm Medical Management and the Amputation Prevention Centers of America® were acquired by RestorixHealth in 2014, where Diane worked as Senior Vice President of the Amputation Prevention Centers of America® until 2018.
Currently, Diane is the Chief Nursing Officer for National Surgical Ventures, LLC, a company that partners with doctors to develop and manage office-based endovascular suites and ambulatory surgery centers. Diane is the Chief Nursing Officer and Senior Vice President of Case Management for APEx Health Network, a company that specializes in case management of complex diabetic foot problems, and on the development of international limb salvage programs.
Diane received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Bridgeport and her Master of Science in Healthcare Management from the California State University at Los Angeles.
